These terms are an agreement between InstaBook ("InstaBook") and the business that creates an account ("you").

The service

InstaBook provides hosted request forms, lead management, automated email replies and follow-ups, appointment requests and related features, as described on our pricing page for your plan.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your forms and messages and for complying with laws that apply to you, including anti-spam (such as CAN-SPAM), consumer protection and privacy laws.
• Only send automated messages to people who contacted you. Do not upload purchased or scraped contact lists.
• Do not use InstaBook to collect sensitive information such as medical records, payment card numbers or government ID numbers.
• Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Setup fees are charged once and are non-refundable after setup work is completed. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails we may pause automated messages until it is resolved; your request forms keep collecting inquiries.

No guarantee of results

InstaBook helps you respond faster and follow up consistently. We do not guarantee any number of inquiries, bookings or revenue. Email delivery depends on third parties and recipients' providers, and some messages may be delayed or filtered.

Your data

You own the inquiry data in your account. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time.

Availability

We work to keep InstaBook available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaBook's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law, including sending spam.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
