Questions owners ask
Do I need a new website?
No. You get a hosted request page with its own link, plus a snippet to embed the form in the website you already have. Many owners just put the link on their Google Business Profile, social media bios and a QR code.
Does it text my customers?
Today InstaBook replies to customers by email and can text new-lead alerts to you (Growth and Pro). Texting customers directly requires carrier registration for your business; we'll add it once that's set up properly rather than risk your number being blocked.
What does setup include?
We load your services and prices, write your reply and follow-up emails with you, set your hours, connect the form to your website and Google profile, and run test inquiries together before you go live.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from the billing page. The setup fee covers the setup work and is not refundable once setup is done.
Will the emails sound like a robot?
You approve every template before anything goes out, and they're written in your voice. AI drafts are suggestions you edit and send yourself; nothing AI-written is sent without you.
I already use Jobber, Housecall Pro, Square or another booking tool.
InstaBook focuses on the first response and the follow-up, the part most tools leave to you. On Pro, new leads can be sent automatically into other tools through a webhook or Zapier.
Will this get me more bookings?
We can't promise a number, and we won't. What InstaBook does is make sure every inquiry gets a fast reply and consistent follow-up. Your dashboard shows inquiries, reply times and bookings so you can judge the results for yourself.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Each business's data is kept separate, you can export your leads at any time, and you can delete a customer's record on request.
